Palliative Care Nurses - RN/EN (Casual & Part-time)
Should you be looking for a change or additional work, we would welcome an application from you for future employment opportunities in our Palliative Care Unit.
Our roles will suit experienced Palliative Care Nurses who values demonstrating best practice principles in palliative care and being an active team member within a progressive work environment.
To meet the essential requirements of this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Palliative Care experience within a PCU or Community palliative care team environment
• a passion for palliative care
• a commitment to excellence in care delivery
• an understanding of quality improvement
• an ability to work as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team
• Registered Nurse qualifications and national registration
• Current Police Check (no more than 6 months old)
