Bethesda Hospital is committed to providing a healthy & comfortable environment for all patients & visitors, for this reason smoking is prohibited anywhere on the Bethesda grounds for all patients (excluding Palliative Care), staff, & visitors we ask that you respect the rights of others by abiding by this policy:

• Smoking is not permitted within the Hospital buildings, grounds or underground car park.
• Smoking is restricted to designated areas outside the Hospital’s buildings for Palliative patients only.
• The following designated area is provided for palliative patients should they wish to smoke:
